General Questions about Domain Registration Services

How do I Transfer a Domain Name to WEP?
A:  
1.) Go to http://www.webexpressportal.com/domain-tools/transfer/
2.) Type in the domain you wish to transfer in the box, where it reads "Domain you wish to transfer".
3.) Select the Submit button
4.) Type in your "EPP key" which you can retrieve from your current registry service, than again select the submit button.
5.) Fill in the form asking for your personal/billing information and continue through the purchase area.

Q:  
My Domain Name is about to expire. Or, How do I renew?
A:  
Managed customers that have their managed domain(s) registered with us; Domain(s) renew each year for FREE.
Un-Managed customers will need to:
1.) Go to; http://www.webexpressportal.com/domain-tools/administer/
2.) Sign-in
3.) Select the "Add Years" button
4.) Follow the prompts.

Q:  
How do I Change my Contact information?
A:  
Managed customers that have their managed domain(s) registered with us; Simply e-mail request in.
Un-Managed customers will need to:
1.) Go to; http://www.webexpressportal.com/domain-tools/administer/
2.) Sign-in
3.) Select the "Edit" button to the right of the text which reads; "Current Whois Information:"
4.) Update your records
5.) Select the "Update" button

Q:  
How do I Change the Name Servers for my Domain?
A:  
Managed customers that have their managed domain(s) registered with us; Simply e-mail request in.
Un-Managed customers will need to:
Note: You will need to have a basic understanding on how Domain Name Resolution works.
1.) Go to; http://www.webexpressportal.com/domain-tools/administer/
2.) Sign-in
3.) Select the "View / Edit" button to the right of the text which reads; "DNS Servers:"
4.) You can now create/update/change your Name Servers.

Q:  
Parking and Forwarding? (Editing Host Records)
A:  
Managed customers that have their managed domain(s) registered with us; Simply e-mail request in.
Un-Managed customers will need to:
Note: You will need to have a basic understanding on how Domain Name Records work.
         Host Records will not be available if you are running your own name servers.
1.) Go to; http://www.webexpressportal.com/domain-tools/administer/
2.) Sign-in
3.) Select the "View / Edit" button to the right of the text which reads; "Host Records:"
4.) You can now create/update/change your Host Records.

Q:  
How do I set-up my Domain Locks, Auto Renewal and Privacy Locks.
A:  
Managed customers that have their managed domain(s) registered with us; Simply e-mail request in.
Un-Managed customers will need to:
1.) Go to; http://www.webexpressportal.com/domain-tools/administer/
2.) Sign-in
3.) Select the "Enable" or, "Disable" button to the right of the text which reads; "Registrar-Lock" or, "Auto-Renew" to set.
     If ID-Protect hasn't been purchased, you will need to do so prior to setting its enable/disable status.

Q:  
How do I protect my domains identity?
A:  
Note: ID Protect settings will only be available if you purchased it. ID Protect is available for .COM, .BIZ, .NET, .INFO and .ORG extensions ONLY!
1.) Go to; http://www.webexpressportal.com/domain-tools/administer/
2.) Sign-in
3.) If ID-Protect hasn't been purchased, you will need to do so prior to setting its enable/disable status.
