Meaning, you can ask for a advanced script, page(s), custom artwork at no additional charge, as long as the work falls within your hour(ly) alotment each month.
To stay within your hour(ly) window each month, here are some general guidelines:
Try to prioritize your requests each month. You can always split up your requests. Remember, any time used over your monthly charge will be charged at a 50% discount. We will never work over your time alotment without your approval.
