WEP collects information from our website users during product purchase, inquiry and product transactions. In this section of our Privacy Statement, we describe the type of information we collect and how we use it to provide better services to our customers.

WEP product purchasing:

During the purchase of any of our products WEP will require certain information. WEP will share your credit card information with Authorize.net in order to validate, as well as deduct funds for the purchasing of product. Depending on the product purchased WEP may need to share information provided to domain registration databases/reporting services and/or ip/nameserver services and/or any service that will be needed for the product to be delivered.

WEP inquiry forms:

For some WEP products, we require a completed inquiry form in order to create a quote. Depending on the services the potential customer or customer is in need of, we may find it necessary to share information with other service providers. We will share with you the need of contacting an outside source, allowing you to choose your acceptance/disagreement of our needs.

Domain Registration:

When registering a domain with WEP, you will provide addresses, names and other private information for the domain registry. This information can be accessed when someone does a whois on the domain. Therefore, any information provided when registering a domain will become available on the internet. WEP does offer "ID Protect", which will shield your private information.

We have links to other sites on some of our pages. WEP is not responsible for the privacy practices on those sites. It is up to you to beware when switching sites.

Security:

We use reasonable precautions to protect our customers' personal information and to store it securely. Sensitive information that is transmitted to us online (such as a credit card number) is encrypted and is transmitted to us over a secure layer. All private and sensitive information is restricted. Only a customer service representative, billing clerk or employee granted access may access your information. All WEP server(s) are kept in a secure environment.
